This study examined the impact of remote work culture on employee productivity, focusing on the social and managerial implications within modern enterprises. A quantitative research design was adopted, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 225 employees working in remote and hybrid work settings. Purposive sampling was used in the study and the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS which includes correlation, multiple regression and chi-square statistical methods. The results indicated that the culture of remote work had a strong positive correlation with the employee productivity (r =.642, p <.01). The multiple regression showed that the social factors, namely work-life balance, employee engagement, and interpersonal relationships, were significant predictors of productivity explaining 49.1 percent (R2 =.491, p <.001) of the variance (the strongest predictor being the work-life balance). Besides, the chi-square test showed that the management strategies and the level of productivity are significantly correlated (kh2 = 46.372, p < .001), which is why the managerial support in remote settings is crucial. The findings indicated that the culture of remote work could increase productivity with the help of effective leadership habits and favorable social relations. The research paper adds to the emerging body of literature on digitalisation of the workplace and offers practical implications to organisations that have adopted remote work systems.
