The Effects of Entrepreneurship Education and Personality Traits on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Students

The main purpose of presenting this paper was to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial education and personal traits on the entrepreneurial intentions of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University ( BNBWU) Students. The model of this study implies that this study analyzed the two internal personal variables for knowing entrepreneurial Intentions. However, Descriptive methodology was used by collecting data from 250 respondents of Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Students (BNBWU) students. For data collection survey questionnaire was used. Furthermore, version 22 of SPSS was used for data analysis and interpretation. Findings of this study revealed that university is providing business education rather than entrepreneurial courses and business education did not influence entrepreneurial intentions, while personality traits contributed significantly on entrepreneurial intentions. This study is extremely useful for higher officials of department of Management Sciences & Technology, to introduce entrepreneurial courses in the future in order to reduce unemployment among them. This study is also helpful for the other departments to introduce entrepreneurial courses so that graduates can find alternative employment path, beside, stable employment.
