This study examined the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption on logistics efficiency, supply chain agility, and organizational performance within the logistics industry of Pakistan. This study used a quantitative research design. It collected cross-sectional data and used an explanatory approach to identify the relationships among study variables and involved the collection of primary data through a structured questionnaire that adopted the 5-point Likert scale. This study identified the logistics employees in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Sialkot in Pakistan. This study focused on various categories of logistics professionals, including managers, supervisors, and staff of warehouses and transportation, as well as supply chain coordinators who handled logistics activities at both the operational and strategic levels. The purposive sampling technique was used to select the study sample of 268. This sample size ensured that the study captured only those respondents who had adequate knowledge regarding the uses of Artificial Intelligence within the field of logistics. The data collected from the study sample were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The analysis involved the application of descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and independent samples t-test. The study identified that the use of Artificial Intelligence positively influenced logistics efficiency and supply chain flexibility and improved organizational performance. The study also established that there were differences in organizational performance caused by the variation in the demographic characteristics of the respondents. The study established that Artificial Intelligence is one of the primary enablers of operational and strategic effectiveness in the Pakistan logistics industry because of the improvements it brings regarding the quality of decisions, the effectiveness of resources, and the responsiveness of supply chains.
